I designed it for professionals midway into their career (15-20 years) who spent the first part of their career developing technical mastery and who now need to understand themselves and others differently in order to lead effectively.
This requires greater awareness of who you are, and, according to MIT, more exposure to peers who have deep, global experience.
This mastermind includes regular group meetings and supports members in breaking through to new leadership levels and addressing the pressures on them outside of work.
ONE-ON-ONE LEADERSHIP COACHING One-on-one coaching is for anyone who wants to make fundamental changes in who they are and how they work.
Work with me for six months to a year towards what often seems like an impossible goal. We will partner to create practical plans to accomplish it and distinguish what is in your way--both in the way you're seeing it and external factors.

Over 90 days, we create a plan so you can create momentum in your new role that is aligned with your values and the values of your new organization.
We begin with a three-hour deep dive into what you want to be known for and the impact you want to make on your team and organization. We then develop practical ways to make an impact in your first three months on the job.
We then meet regularly over your first three months on the job to keep the plan front and center, address unforeseen challenges and check in on progress.
Many clients continue on after this three-month intensive program and recognize the value in ongoing coaching support.
