Mary specializes in working with up-and-coming executives, consultants and sales leaders who want to grow their business while creating and leading teams internally.
She is known for helping clients get promoted, grow their business and become more strategic and influential, while also having more joy and peace day-to-day. Her clients consist mostly of leaders in Fortune 500 companies who face the complexities of growing their business while creating and leading teams internally.
Approach Mary's evidence-based approach is distinct from other types of coaching and draws on theories and models behind why some leaders succeed while others do not. She has a large toolkit to draw on depending on her client's situations.
At the heart of her coaching is the power of the relationship between a coach and client, and Mary loves the long-term nature of many of her coaching relationships. She loves seeing her clients transform how they lead, and attain results they never thought possible.
Background Prior to coaching, Mary was a people and change consultant, corporate strategy advisor. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Marquette University.
