I specialize in working with mid-career executives, consultants and sales leaders who want to improve their mindset, lead teams more effectively and find more ease and joy in their work.
There is a lot of research that shows that leaders with the best results also have a good understanding of their strengths, their blind spots and their default reactions when they're under pressure.
My approach therefore is based in helping clients dig deep into themselves while also working on projects to attain what seems like an impossible future.
My evidence-based approach is distinct from other types of coaching and draws on theories and models behind why some leaders succeed while others do not. I have a large toolkit to draw on depending on my client's situation.
At the heart of my coaching is the power of the relationship between me and my clients. I love the long term nature of many of my coaching relationships. I love seeing my clients transform how they lead, and attain results they never thought possible.
Background Prior to coaching, I was a people and change consultant and, corporate strategy advisor at a Fortune 200 company. I co-founded the firm's Women's Business Network and scaled it globally in two years.
I have an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Marquette University. Both schools focused on asking more of ourselves, serving others, and taking care of your whole self in order to be better at work, and in life in general. I draw heavily on what I learned at these schools in my coaching.
I got married in July 2019 and live in Chicago with my husband.
