As the founder of a Women's Network at a global Fortune 500 organization, I learned what types of programs are effective in reaching people at a deeper level.
My workshops are provocative, edgy and based on principles I learned on the front lines in leadership, research and executive coaching courses.
Be Your Own Chief Strategy Officer Do you have a plan for your life and career? Do you ever think about what it would be like to apply what you do for clients to your own life? Most of us spend a lot of time designing strategies for our businesses, but we neglect to design a plan for our lives and careers. Be the Chief Strategy Officer of Your Own Life changes that. In this workshop, you discover what you’re here to do, and you design a plan to do it. It’s a way to blend your professional pursuits with your aspirations outside of work.
Together we will answer big strategic questions about your work and life. We’ll define your purpose, what you want to be and where you will focus your energy. We’ll finish by developing a plan to help you make changes as soon as you leave the room.
Front Line Lessons We learn the most from guest speakers when we apply their wisdom to our own lives (or at least avoid their mistakes). In this fun and thought-provoking session, an accomplished guest speaker tells the story of their life and career. I pause the interview several times for the group to apply what they’re learning to their own work and lives.
I work with the leaders of the organization to design a session that will have the group thinking differently about what they need to thrive as a leader in everything they do.
Selecting a guest speaker and theme for the event
Working with the speaker to draw out the most interesting aspects of their personal and professional story
Defining what we want attendees to walk away from the session with
Designing pauses in the conversation to facilitate a discussion with the group about how it applies
Next Level Leadership With 10,000 Baby Boomers retiring each day, thousands of people in their 20s and 30s are being asked to step up quickly into new roles.
As our careers and lives shift in our 20s and 30s, it's not enough to DO things differently; we have to BE different. In this workshop, geared towards up-and-coming leaders in their 20s and 30s, we develop a plan to lead ourselves and our teams over the next year.
In this dynamic workshop, we:
Take stock in who you are as a leader, what’s working and what’s not
Think big about the leader you wan to become and what success looks like
Get focused by declaring your goals for the next year
Design practices that will get you moving in the direction of your goals
Time & Integrity - What it Really Means We blame a lot of our shortcomings on not having time. Don't have time to work on that special innovation project? Don't have time to sit down and write a business plan? Don't have time to take a call with a family member?
All of us have disconnects between our intentions, speaking and actions. In this in-depth workshop, we look at the disconnects in our careers and lives, and we get clear on how to be in greater integrity with ourselves.
